It may be better to refer them to someone in your network than to lose them as a client.  This will also show that you care about the experience, and leave a positive impression with them, so if they do require your services at a later date, they will remember how considerate you were to their needs, which can go a long way.

Where do they want to travel? This can range from a big city to wine tours. This information will also help determine your fleet needs as well as your marketing efforts for the year ahead. Knowing what people are looking to do in the busy season will be extremely helpful to your planning.

In order to obtain this information, it is imperative to maintain your customer database, and utilize it to the best of your abilities. Information is everything in today’s world, so if you have it…use it.
