Expectations
The service advisor is the first-line customer relations and service representative
Greet each client in a prompt, courteous manner.
Obtain client and vehicle data
Communicate with service clients to determine the nature of the mechanical problems
Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
Have the ability with scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed service to clients.
Advise clients on the care of their buses and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacture's specifications, using maintenance menus
Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the DBBS Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with clients, co-workers and suppliers


Must Haves
Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
Previous industry knowledge

Jr IT Administrator

Expectations
Make recommendations and implement changes that will improve our overall IT department.

Continually evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, and software.

Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions

Assist the marketing department on all websites to ensure they are optimized to increase traffic on a continual basis.

Assist with any technical knowledge needed to provide weekly reports on web rankings and other statistics that are available.

Maintain website, user, server and any other license(s) for company.

Must Haves
Have the ability to train all staff members on any program or software available at DBBS.

Able to install any software/hardware in any system available to the IT department or have the ability to determine when outside vendor assistance is needed.

Pleasant, Clean, Professional Language and Demeanor are a must.
This position is for someone who is just starting out in the field. We will provide the necessary training, resources and tools to help the chosen candidate excel in all facets of the position.
